This is the only cinema with an IMAX screen in Berlin.
UCI Kinowelt Berlin Luxe East Side Gallery is a state-of-the-art cinema located in Berlin's Friedrichshain district, adjacent to the Uber Arena. Opened in November 2018, this modern multiplex features 14 screens, including an IMAX auditorium and an iSense theatre, offering a total of over 1,600 seats. Each auditorium is equipped with luxurious reclining leather seats that include adjustable headrests and footrests, ensuring maximum comfort and ample legroom.
The IMAX screen boasts 375 seats and is outfitted with IMAX Industrial Laser projection and a 12-channel surround sound system, delivering an immersive cinematic experience. Additionally, the iSense theatre features cutting-edge projection technology and a Dolby Atmos sound system, enhancing the audio-visual quality of the films shown.
